Edlodge recognises World Students Day: 14th October

Monday: Another hectic week begins! As a student, my day usually starts with a scramble to find my textbooks and finish any last-minute assignments. I have to juggle between attending lectures, completing projects, and preparing for upcoming exams. A caffeine boost becomes my best friend during late-night study sessions.

Tuesday: My class schedule is always packed. From math to literature, my brain is constantly processing information. However, I love the challenge. Engaging discussions and collaborating with classmates make the learning experience truly enriching. Sometimes, though, I wish we had a little more time for practical application of the concepts we study.

Wednesday: Ah, the middle of the week feels refreshing! I take this opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities like sports or clubs. It's not just about building skills or enhancing my resume; it's also about making lasting friendships and enjoying a well-rounded education. These activities help me find a balance between work and play.

Thursday: Today is a reality-check day. I have to face the looming deadlines for assignments and projects. Time management becomes a crucial skill to prioritize tasks and stay on top of my academic responsibilities. The stress can be overwhelming, but I remind myself that hard work pays off.

Friday: Finally, the much-awaited weekend arrives! Although I am tempted to relax and unwind, I must resist distractions and use this time to catch up on readings and review class notes. Being disciplined during the weekend ensures a smoother following week. A little break here and there is deserved, though!

Saturday: The weekend isn't all about studying. I take some time for self-care and indulge in hobbies, whether it's playing an instrument or binge-watching a favorite TV series. Spending quality time with loved ones is also essential, reminding me of the bigger picture beyond academia.

Sunday: The calm before the storm. I prepare myself mentally for the upcoming week by organizing my materials, making a to-do list, and taking some time for reflection. It's essential to start the new week with a positive and focused mindset, ready to embrace new challenges and opportunities.

Being a student is a rollercoaster ride of emotions and experiences. It's demanding but rewarding. However be it, I’m fond of it. I want to enjoy this phase of life till it lasts.
